Online Stock Status Notice on OEM parts from Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, Piaggio, and Vespa -- Since Piaggio Group has been unable to provide us warehouse availbility reports in a few years, we had to change the stock status shown online for only these parts. All OEM parts from them now say an estimated 2-3 weeks, but that assumes they have it in the USA warehouse. They are stocking more, and opened another warehouse. These parts are shipping a little faster than 2-3 weeks estimate we show. The bad part is we do not find out about a backordered part until after we order it, and further research our previous days purchase order. We place daily orders with them. You will be notified in a day or two if your order contains a part on backorder. Backorder parts are usually taking 1-2 months from Italy, but many parts have taken much longer. We cannot provide better ETAs on these parts. You are then presented with the option to continue waiting on the BO part, cancel the BO part, or split the order if it has other in stock parts.
