Woman who came byto discuss the bathroom project started off bysaying twice, Ihave mycustomers buy those. Then when Icommented why doesn’t she give mea full cost sothen wecan decide ifwe need tocut costs and acquire our own pieces she excused herself and left and never returned.
I know mybathroom issmall and ugly but the point ofhaving aprocess come out isto try tomake ita glorious one with the existing footprint.
Guess I’m glad she didn’t see the value inour project because
the unprofessional Ian would have come out during the project.… – show00

With all due respect, Isimply was explaining toyou, the items that you can purchase onyour own that would help you tosave money while achieving your beautiful bathroom. You immediately started shouting and offending meand Ifelt completely unsafe with your tone and your body language, soI excused myself and left your home. Our experience with Diane and her team was outstanding! They remodeled our master bathroom and itlooks amazing. They were prompt, thourough and kept usinformed every step ofthe process. They completed the project much faster than expected and did outstanding work!

So Diane and team (William and Charlie) was just absolutely fabulous!! The work and the professionalism with the team just made things easy. From the consultation tothe finishing touches, the process was seamless and onpoint. Even when weexperienced issues (i.e. wrong paint color), the resolution tothe issue was always handled with professionalism and quickness. When working with the team, members were always friendly and helpful— absolutely understanding, asthis was our first remodel. Huge shoutout toWilliam and Charlie for making things simple.
The master bathroom wehad remodeled had the following:
— Anew shower installed— floor and wall tiles with the addition ofa niche
— New shower door installed
— Vanity going from one sink totwo
— Mirrors and lighting
— Various towel hangers
— New bathroom flooring
— PaintingAbsolutely fabulous job and wecannot behappier with the results! Cannot wait tostart the kitchen next and Iknow who Iwill becontacting for the work;)

I wish Iwere able togive more stars… Diane and her team were amazing towork with. She helped guide mein the right direction while Ididn't know what Iwanted. She knew EXACTLY what would look great, when Ididn't. She AND her team, were professional, prompt, clean and went WELL beyond out oftheir way tohelp, when they didn't haveto. Charlie and Marcos stayed, after their job was done, tohelp myhusband and Dad get anew fridgein. They didn't have tohelp, but choseto. This iswhy Iwill always choose Diane and her team, over anybody else.… – show

Where tostart? Ihave experience remodeling several rooms inother houses. Diane isa joy towork with good ideas that were inconcert with what wewanted. Anoffice where you could view and choose tile and other materials inone place. Diane and her crew redesigned and remodeled both our guest and master bath. The work was extensive, completed ona tight time line byrespectful and very skilled craftsmen and itlooks fantastic! Diane was really creative with the design, answered multiple questions and phone calls and pulled itall together. Weare sopleased-next project-kitchen!

My husband and Ireached out toDiane toupdate our Kitchen and bathroom countertops, sinks, and faucets. Our kitchen ison the smaller side and she had agreat idea tocut our bar down which provided more countertop space for usto work with. She was also able toreplace the window ledge inour master with the same countertop soeverything matched. She worked with usevery step ofthe way and answered questions wehad asthis was our first renovation onour home. Our bathrooms still need work so I’d definitely call her again when we’re ready!… – show

I own asmall 80’s diner and the bathroom was incredibly old and needed amajor upgrade. D&R was the third place Icalled when getting quotes. Everyone overpriced mebut D&R had the best rate byfar. The outcome was amazing! Iget somany complimentsnow. The workers were efficient and everyone was sonice tome. Highly recommend!!!

We scheduled anappt for anestimate. Dianne came out with another employee, took measurements and wediscussed details. It's too bad she was going out ofthe country the next week and never followed upwith usagain, even after calling upon her return (in which she promised toget the estimate tous later that week). Iguess she doesn't need all the potential customers she visits for estimates. When you promise todo something, you should follow through. Wefound someone else, with agreater sense ofdesign and style tocomplete our remodel.

Diane helped with updating our retirement home. With her able assistance, wewere able topick out the perfect flooring, cabinets and some stellar kitchen counter tops. She has agood eye for detail and keeps her crews timely and focused. Wewere very happy with the project outcome and would highly recommend her for kitchen and bath remodeling work.
