We are so happy with Four Lakes Vet Clinic! Our boy has been seen by Dr. Scarlett and her team his entire life. He is bit of a sensitive pup. Everyone at Four Lakes gives him extra time and energy to ensure he is comfortable. And Dr. Scarlett checks up on him. The service is top notch!

I enjoy coming to this vet. They are all awesome they love what they do. My dog gets treated with love and respect. Also I love the program that they have.

Horrible, horrible place. Completely scarred my dog for life. Do not go here, they have no compassion for animals, they just want all the money they can get out of you.

Very caring and always keep my updated about my pets when under their care.

I feel confident and comfortable bringing my two cats and puppy to Four Lakes. Dr. Scarlett and Dr. McClanahan, along with every member of the team, have been responsive, thorough, and kind. Recently, one of our cats got a mysterious bump on their leg - I called and was immediately fit into the schedule. The bump ended up being cancerous and we received the upmost grace, thoughtfulness, and care for our cat as he underwent a leg amputation. Cannot thank the team enough for helping us through an unexpected surgery like that one - our cat is doing wonderful!I also appreciate that Four Lakes is transparent about costs and can send estimates on major surgeries in advance. So often there is no lack of transparency that could hinder your ability to make decisions and budget appropriately.And all of this is my experience from the car, email, and phone calls mostly - as we’ve established care in COVID. :)Highly recommend.

I called to get my Bulldog seen for an eye infection. Over the weekend his eye became goopy and swelled. I called as soon as 4 Lakes opened on a Monday morning. They said they couldn’t see Doug because he isn’t a patient. I would have to wait a month or take him to the Emergency Vet. I take my other dogs to 4 Lakes. I have 3. I am in the computer system as a client. I just haven’t taken my Bulldog there since I haven’t had him long. So my Bulldog is not a client? I didn’t realize the actual dog is the client snd not the owner of the dog. I don’t understand how a clinic doubles in size but can’t fit in an existing clients dog with an eye infection because he has not been seen by them. This is the second time something like this has happened since the new and bigger clinic.I called Dr. Sondels Veterinarian Clinic right after I hung up the phone. Even though Dr. Sondel had a full schedule Doug was squeezed in for two hours later.

We love the staff, from the veterinarians to the vet techs to reception. Thanks for taking great care of our dogs!

The Four Lakes team always make you feel like your pet is their immediate priority. They have performed multiple surgeries on my dogs - each time they provide excellent care and follow up to make sure the pups are on the mend. They are very responsive to emails and calls and have even seen my dog same-day for an infection & an injury. Their mobile app is super convenient too, for scheduling appointments and ordering medicines.Four Lakes will forever be my pets’ healthcare provider!

Have a new puppy and the staff got him in for a check right away. Staff is always cheerful and excited to see my pets!! Love this clinic!!

I've been taking my dog Teddy here for over three years. The doctors and techs are all wonderful and always extremely responsive to appointments. Dr. McClanahan and Dr. Scarlett are knowledgeable, friendly, and above all else very communicative and willing to listen to my needs as a pet owner.Four Lakes is hands down the best vet I've ever been to, and I can't recommend them enough!

Great care for my doggo

We rescued a yorkie in February of 2020- the previous owner had taken all her dogs to four lakes, so I stuck with them. We have another dog, a teddy bear that is my LIFE. We’ve moved and her vet is quite a drive, especially for a emergency situation. I emailed four lakes Sunday night and Monday morning with a huge concern about my Teddy Bear. I never received a response so I called. First of all, they charge extra for same day appointments when you’re “fit in”, second, I was asked why I didn’t take tootsie to her old vet? We MOVED!!! and... I’d like to have both my dogs at the same vet- I was told to take her to a ER vet today, couldn’t get her in.....??????!!!!!!!!!! I’m in tears I’m so worried about my girl, at work on top of it. I called another vet whom I’ve NEVER seen and was given a 11am slot. With no emergency charge either! No records needed immediately, just to deal with her eyes. Four lakes has lost a customer who’s spent a lot of money in the last 11/2 years. Very unprofessional, very disheartening to say the least.

The staff at Four Lakes Vet Clinic are caring, knowledgeable and responsive. My Elderly Labrador loves to saunter into the building with or without me, he loves the staff that much! Thank you for all you do!!

Our beagle has been seeing Dr. Scarlett for all of his vet needs since he was 8 weeks old. He's almost 13 now! We love Dr. Scarlett and the entire Four Lakes Staff; they are exceptionally qualified, professional, extremely kind and gentle, caring and responsive. You absolutely cannot go wrong in selecting them for your pet's medical needs!

very great even during covid. called and updated me and made sure I knew what was going on with my cat. Answered all my questions and took care of my kitty in a timely matter compared to my old vet. Very kind staff only had one vet visit so far but will keep going to these guys

Our dogs love Dr. Scarlett, Dr. McClanahan and their staff. Always receive excellent care and quality service. Highly recommend. We even travel a little farther to remain patients because we're so happy with Four Lakes Vet!

I honestly can't think of away to make our expectations any better, communication was awesome, constant contact, very thoroughly explained on cares ❤, never hesitate to answer any questions in a timely manner! Thank you for all your help and care for Kado( Italian mastiff, who is very reactive , fearful and anxiety ridden of vets, ppl outside his home) . Meds and sedation was required due to a broken toenail and meds to help with anxiety... I was also given recommendations for help with anxiety on first visit to new vet office! High five to all who assisted in Kados care at four lakes veterinary!!!

The vets here are great, reasonably priced, and very up to date with some of the best medications on the market. We used to have to use an ointment for our dog's ear infections. The vets here use a one time, it works for 2 weeks, medication. No multiple times per day fight trying to medicate ears for 2 or more weeks!

I took my gf and her dog here, they've been coming to this location for years now and have spoken very highly of it. Today was my first time here and from my short experience, the service was very timely, safe, and friendly. (They are doing great with how they operate during this COVID19 pandemic).Pup is reported to always have been happy going to and from this clinic. :) Recommended.

They treat your pet as if they are the only patient in today. Glad they are there.

Dr. Scarlett and staff have done a wonderful job with my dog (rescue). He can be scared of new people, reactive at times, severe allergies with associated skin problems. Dr. Scarlett has gotten him on an appropriate diet and medications to help with these problems. I also appreciate their fear free approach, kindness and professionalism!

Ya'll , I can't even put into words what Four Lakes means to me and my fur-babies! Everything, from the Veterinarians to the Techs to the Clinic itself, has been nothing but positive experiences. These guys go above and beyond to take care of your pet! My cat, Charlie, has some downright difficult health issues, all compounding on one another, and Four Lakes has been there every step of the way. This poor cat has three different "ailments" including Herpes, FIC and IBD, along with extreme drug sensitivities and major claustrophobia. Treatment for any thing that comes up becomes a major test of wits! On top of that, they are there for my other kitties equally! I highly recommend that you choose Four Lakes as your fur-baby's place of care! You will not regret it!

I highly recommend Four Lakes Veterinary Clinic. They have cared for 4 of our cats over the past 4 years. They were so helpful, available and professional as we had to deal with end of life for two of pets. Just an outstanding, professional and caring organization.

Terrible service complete with a passing glance at your animal. Took our cat in Thursday for some blood work and follow up on an ear infection issue. They gave more of the ointment they gave us the first time and nothing else. Once we got home our cat had completely lost his balance and could not work. Friday afternoon we got an email stating the blood work was surprisingly normal. We replied to that email expressing our concern about our cat, but didn't hear back. Saturday morning our cat still was wobbly and 4 Lakes isn't normally open so off to the emergency vet we go. While sitting in the parking lot at the emergency vet, they finally reply. We call 4 Lakes and wonder why he was never given an antibiotic for his ear. They insisted on a $70 exam fee just to look at our cat again. We explained they didn't do a very thorough job the first time and we are sitting at the emergency vet. At this point we had two different estimates at the emergency vet and they showed more attentiveness to our animal. We had been taking both our dog and cat there for years and got adequate care at best. Their lack of a timely response and detail lead us to believe this is not the best option for our furry family members.

They do a great job! Both our dogs have stress free visits. One of my dogs has lyme and they caught it early so we can prevent symptoms later in life. My other dog had reoccurring UTIs and after seeing another vet who was complacent (McFarland Animal Hospital) it turned into a full blown bladder infection. Four Lakes caught it right away and was able to treat it, free my dog of pain, and get him back to his healthy self. Highly recommend!

Dear Dr. Scarlett & Crew:Ann & I moved here in mid-July of 2019 with our loving dog, Servo. We knew she was getting old because we got her from a pound in California in 2009, and they had no idea just how old she was then. However, we were dismayed to find her having so many problems soon after we moved—arthritis, kidney failure, infections, blood issues and more. She is gone now, and we have many memories of happy years.I also have many positive memories of everyone in your office. Each and every person exhibited that very rare quality of professionalism and compassion. If a building could maintain vibrations, then your office would glow like a giant firefly. I have been very impressed at how much you gave us in your understanding and generosity of support. When we would call or email with a concern, Dr. Scarlett responded quickly, with the expert knowledge and politeness that we experienced in person. Every person answering the phone or taking care of curb-side customers has been equally positive and responsible. This week, when we knew that Servo was in too much pain and with multiple chronic problems, and so it was time to release her, the staff was so sensitive that the entire process was one of solemn goodbyes. And it felt genuine. Thank you.
