Sally Managers: Ihope you treat your employees well and recognize the excellent customer service and expertise your staff such asAsher provide tothe customers. Asher offered expert advise for our hair coloring needs and even offered that wecould call the store and ask him for further help ifneeded. Mydaughter and Iappreciated his guidance. Agood place togo toif you need some help navigating the niche world ofhair color.

Victoria and Lauren are amazing!!! Iwas ona mission todo mystep daughters hair neon green for her bday and Ihad noidea where tostart, and when Iwalked into Sally's Ireceived somuch help from thesetwo! Iwouldn't have been able todo itwithout them! They walked methrough everything Ineeded and answered all myquestions! And than they also introduced meto the Sally rewards tosave money! They even entered inold receipts toget mypoints for those. SoI recommend ifyou are ahair dummy like mego see them because they are sonice and helpful! Thanks tothem mydaughter got her hair done right for her bday!!!… – show

Vee was sohelpful! She made myday. Ihad such ahard time finding what Iwas looking for for atrimmer and she was soprompt inanswering myquestions and getting meset upwith what Iwas looking for which was mybaret trimmer! Thank you for the great customer service it’s tough tocome bythese days!

The staff isa mixedbag, but they arent too negatively impactful onthe experience. The stock isreally well rounded for all beauty needs, especially ethnic. Iwould only ask that they have more skin products.

Kandy, manager atyour Southtown store helped metoday, 6/5/2018. She was extremely helpful, patient, and professional, and helped mewith awide variety ofproducts. She isa real asset toyour company and the reason Iwould return tothis store for future beauty needs.

Seriously, the most rudest lady Ihave ever encountered. Idon't know her name but she had blonde curly hair pinned upwith eyeliner inher early40s. First, Iwalk into the store and nobody isaround. I'm waiting there holding myone year old who issleeping inmy arms for about 5minutes looking athairdye. Then Igo back tothe employee room and say “Hello”, nobody answers and Isay “Hello” again. Then Ihear clicking ofheels and she walks upnot even giving meeye contact and looking ather ipad. She comes out tothe aisles still looking atit and Iask her “I was wondering ifyou could give mesome advice about what color Ishould dye myhair, Iwant tostay with red orgo alittle lighter.” She's still looking ather iPad until halfway through just staring atme and snaps her eyes and says “You're gonna have tospeak upbecause Ican't hear aword your saying!”. Sorude, she was sobusy with her iPad she didn't even comprehend what Iwas asking. Ididn't say anything more and Iwalked out ofthe store. Ipromise Iwon't beback again.… – show
