What is zipForm used for? ›

zipForm^® Standard can help you speed up the process by sharing data between all documents related to the same transaction – simply fill out one form and the information is auto-populated into all of the remaining forms required to complete your transaction.

All NAR members in good standing will be able to access the Transactions (zipForm Edition) software and forms specific to their area through a secure designated website. Visit www.realtor.org/forms to learn more.

This software is available to you, as a member benefit, at no cost. Your membership includes online access to Transactions (zipForms® Edition) plus zipForm® Mobile.

The select template popup opens and displays a list of available templates. Check any templates that you need, and click Apply. The template is applied to the transaction. Any folders, documents, forms, placeholders, checklists, and/or tasks in the template are added to the transaction.

New zipForm Plus allows users to easily send documents from zipForm to DocuSign Rooms. To do this, users need to select the dropdown arrow in the upper right of the zipForm Transaction, then choose "Send to Other System" and select "Send to DocuSign Rooms".

Apple (iOS) users can download zipForm® Mobile Companion from the Apple App Store. Android users can log in to car.org on a mobile device and tap on Access zipForm® to launch zipForm® Mobile. zipForm® Broker and Team Edition Users: you will need to log in through your respective portals and/or zipFormPlus.com.

From the File tab menu in your Zipform® transaction, click PRINT and select the forms you want to have signed. Be sure the documents you are printing contain a QR code in the bottom right corner. (You will first need to install the eSign Print Driver.

Export a Transaction

On the Transactions tab, check the box(es) for the transaction(s) you'd like to export, then click Export in the top toolbar. 2. Click on the next popup window. Leave the checkboxes checked to capture all file data – do not uncheck any boxes.

In the Documents section, click on the Download button next to the document you wish to download. Or click on the DOWNLOAD ALL button to download all of the documents as a compressed . zip file.
