Vi söker nu vår nästa stjärna till vår centrala försäljningsavdelning i Norra Sverige från Söderhamn till Boden.
Central Sales Managers primära ansvar är att nå sina definierade försäljningsmål. Genom framför allt utgående telefonsamtal, fysiska kundbesök och visningar jagar Central Sales Manager proaktivt kunders behov av hotelltjänster för att fylla på hotellens pipelines. En framgångsrik Central Sales Manager arbetar fokuserat med uppgiften, håller ett högt tempo och älskar att göra affärer.
Som Central Sales Manager är du en del av säljteamet som tillsammans driver, utvecklar och optimerar den proaktiva försäljningen för våra hotell. Du agerar snabbt, korrekt och på ett kundvänligt sätt för att driva affärer mot avslu*t. Samtidigt dokumenterar du noggrant samtliga insatser och affärer i för stunden aktuella system.
Nödvändiga kunskaper/erfarenheter
- Du är strukturerad och ser alltid till att komma i mål med den kundplattform du tilldelas
- Du är nyfiken och du arbetar proaktivt för att utveckla befintliga kunder och relationer
- Du är modig och ser till att söka upp nya affärsmöjligheter genom prospektering
- Du är lyhörd till förändringar och hänger med vad som händer ute på marknaden
- Minst 3 års erfarenhet av försäljning, helst från hotellbranschen
- Goda kunskaper i och erfarenhet av säljstödssystem och tillhörande verktyg
- Goda språkkunskaper i Svenska samt i Engelska
