There is something extra refreshing about Peach Iced Tea, and it is one of my favorite drinks to get at Olive Garden.
Today, I have a copycat recipe for Olive Garden Peach Iced Tea to share with you. Now we will all be enjoying fresh homemade peach iced tea this summer. After all, Peach Iced Tea goes just as great with grilled foods and many other cuisines, as it does with the Italian fare it is served with at Olive Garden.
How to Make Copycat Olive Garden Peach Iced Tea
As you will see, this copycat recipe is quite easy to make (Full recipe is below).
Simply place the peach syrup ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil.
Smush the peaches up a bit while dissolving the sugar, then allow the syrup to set for awhile.
Brew your tea, allow to cool to room temp, add syrup then chill the peach tea.
Serve over ice.

Are you using regular tea bags or family size?

Regular tea bags.

The tea there is actually a raspberry/peach tea but usually just say peach tea since that's what people know it by. They use a syrup that you can buy for $7 at the restaurant that lasts forever ! Well worth it.

Two questions: 1: what kind of tea bags? and 2: is it possible to use frozen peaches when peaches aren't in season? Thanks!

Robin Gagnon says
Yes, frozen peaches are fine and standard black tea bags.

Can I use can Peaches since the peach syrup in the can to make peach ice tea? Love the tea when me and friend go to Olive Garden for lunch and we order Peach ice tea all the time.

Why not give it a whirl... though, I would try the jarred peaches instead of canned. Those always taste "tinny" to me.

Wonder how frozen peaches would work???

Robin Gagnon says
I think they would work just fine, and this time of year the quality of fresh isn't so hot... at least on my area.

I worked for Olive Garde. All you have to do is buy Monin brand peach raspberry syrup. And pour the whole bottle into 3 gallons of peach tea. Then put frozen peaches in there. That's it. The syrup has sugar in it.

Very easy and definitely good. I also drained the peaches after cooking and warmed them later. We used them on fresh biscuits as a jam. Soooo good. The tea is so refreshing.
